Vipool has been an accounting and tax leader for over 35 years. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Grant Thornton, and has since focused on advising private clients, SMEs and family companies on a range of financial and tax matters.
Vipool has a close association with business in India. He is a former director of India Value Investments Limited and had co-authored a book Inward and Outward Investment: India and the UK.
He was also a member of an NHS Health Authority for four years, served as a school governor for eight years, and has been involved in several charities over the years.
Vipool interests include exploring London, theatre and playing Bridge. He supports Arsenal and both India and England at Cricket.
Nick is an experienced adviser having successfully operated as a private business partner at PwC for 29 years. He has a proven track record of serving a wide range of clients, and an unrivalled breadth of technical expertise.
Originally trained as an auditor, Nick is now a leading authority in the taxation of private clients and owner-managed businesses, having been a tax professional for 37 years. He has acted as a trusted advisor to dozens of high net worth individuals for many years and has advised on over 250 private business transactions.
Nick is a keen supporter of England’s cricket team.
With over 15 years’ experience across different facets of finance, Yogesh is highly regarded by both clients and peers as an accountant and tax expert. His early career was defined by spells within corporate finance, private client and corporate tax teams during his time with both Merrill Lynch and PwC.
Yogesh primarily advises private clients, SMEs and entrepreneurs on their tax planning and accounting matters, while also specialising in property tax planning, inheritance tax, preparing Joint Tax Expert Witness reports for the courts and dealing with probate.
He has a particular passion for helping purpose-driven and fast-growing businesses with their tax, business and accounting matters, in particular those who are innovating for the greater good.
He is ‘Adviser in Residence’ at the London School of Economics Entrepreneurship programme and Fellow at Zinc VC, dedicating his time on a pro-bono basis to supporting purpose-driven businesses who are focused on tacking issues which will define the future of our society.
Yogesh is Vice Chair of the ACCA UK Practitioners’ Network, columnist for AccountingWeb and on the Advisory Board member for AccountingWeb Live.
When he is not exploring numbers or tax planning, he loves cycling and exploring the natural beauty around us. He is also proud of the fact he has cycled London to Paris in less than 24 hours!
